All details Customer provides to Individual Businessman Alisa Kuzembaeva for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
Customer agrees that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are the contract agreement between Customer and Seller, according to Article №435 and part 2 of Article №437 of Russian Federation Law.
1.3. By placing an order on the website, through telephone call, e-mail or using direct messages in instagram, Customer become legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Law of Russian Federation.
1.5. The Seller holds the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
1.6. Placing an order, means full aсknowledgemеnt of these Terms and Conditions.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION.
2.1. All information is provided by Seller.
2.2. The Seller holds the right to change the prices at his sole discretion at any time.
2.3. If the price was changed during ordering, but before payment, Seller informs Customer by phone, e-mail and direct messages in instagram. If the Customer is out of reach for 2 days, the order is cancelled.
2.4. All additional information could be provided through e-mail, instagram direct messages and by phone before placing an order.
3. ORDERING.
3.1. When placing an order, Customer agrees that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
3.2. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If the order couldn't be fully completed the Seller informs Customer by phone, e-mail or direct instagram messages, in such case the Customer informs Seller wherever he accept or cancel his order in 2 days. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.
3.3. Placing an order, means full aсknowledgemеnt of these Terms and Conditions.

3.7. The Seller holds the right to cancel order before acceptance.
3.8. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between Cistomer and Seller until it's accepted by dispatching the product to Customer.
3.9. Confirmation letter could be provided through e-mail and direct instagram messages.
3.10. The Seller holds the right to negotiate order by phone, e-mail and direct messages in instagram. If the Customer is out of reach for 2 days, the order is cancelled and the payment would be returned to Customer.
4. PAYMENT.
4.1. The prices of products don't include delivery costs.
4.2. The payment is proceed through the online cashbox Robochecki.
4.3. The price couldn't be changed after the payment has been received.
4.4. This agreement shall be valid since the payment has been done.
5. DELIVERY.
5.1. The delivery cost for Moscow region is 400 rub. The delivery to other regions is a subject for negotiation and depends on local rates.
5.2. International delivery is a subject for negotiation. The Seller informs Customer about delivery costs before order has been accepted.
5.3. If Customer's delivery address is outside the Russian Federation, Customer may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches country. Customer must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
5.4. Customer entitled to receive Order in agreed time of delivery.
6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
6.1. Customer has the right to cancel order with the Seller by providing written notice after the order has been received in 7 working days from the day Customer received order, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition. The Customer must return oder to the following address Moscow, Novinsky boulevard 10/12 flat 63. The return delivery costs are covered by Customer. The Seller returns payment in 10 days, from the date the order is received by Seller.
6.2. Customer may claim for exchange for goods improper quality. The product should be exchanged in 1 month since the Customer provide the written complaint to Sellers address. If the product couldn't be exchanged, the Seller returns payment in 10 days, from the date the claim has been recieved by Seller.
6.3. Improper quality means that the product has disadvantages and cannot execute it's functional characteristics. Differences in the appearance of design don't relate to improper quality.
6.4. The return delivery is covered by Seller if the product is improper quality.
6.5. If the Product was customized for Customer, it cannot be returned.
7.LIABILITY.
7.1. The Parties are freed from responsibility for the non-fulfillment or incorrect fulfillment of obligations taken upon themselves under the present Agreement if proper fulfillment proved impossible as a consequence of the emergence of Force Majeure Circumstances.
Force Majeure Circumstances include but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
7.2. The Seller has no liability to any Customer's damages due to inaction of the third parties.7.3. The Seller has no liability to any unappropriated Product Order made by Customer.
7.4. If Customer's delivery address is outside the Russian Federation, Customer may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches country. Customer must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
8. PRIVACY.
The Seller will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party without your permission.

9. LAW.
The Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation and Customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Russian Federation.

11. COPYRIGHT.
